Enjoyed the spacious family room with plenty of room for my kids. The self-service breakfast offered a nice selection, perfect for a quick meal before heading out. Paul, the host, made us feel very welcome and was super friendly. The kitchen was a great facility for families, allowing us to cook meals whenever we wanted. the mattress was uncomfortable, and I could feel the springs poking. The check-in was awkward without reception staff, needing to make a phone call upon arrival. Parking at the back was a little tricky due to low-hanging branches. Though clean overall, the shower could use some attention as I noticed black mould in the cubicle.

Something you might like to consider
The self-service breakfast offered a delightful variety, and my room was flooded with natural light, ensuring tranquility during my stay.
Be aware of potential challenges with communication. there were times when contacting management for assistance was quite frustrating.

The communal kitchen facilities were a highlight, making meal prep a breeze and adding a family-friendly vibe to the stay. Enjoyed the secure off-road parking, which provided peace of mind during my visit.
The check-in process was confusing. accessing the building required making phone calls, which isn’t ideal. The mattress left much to be desired—saggy with springs poking through, making sleep less than restful. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the shared bathroom facilities raised some hygiene concerns among guests. Breakfast options were limited. more variety would have been appreciated, particularly healthier choices. Guests also noted that noise levels could be bothersome at night, especially in shared spaces. it felt more like hostel accommodation rather than a proper hotel experience, with some maintenance issues needing attention.

Good stay for the price
We had a comfy night here. The room was super spacious and clean, which was nice. Enjoyed the picnic area, made a little snack break outside. Just wish there were more breakfast options. we got there and only a couple pastries were left. decent spot for a stopover.

good communal kitchen but inconsistent room comfort
The self-service breakfast had enough variety to meet my needs, making mornings enjoyable. I appreciated the spaciousness of the communal kitchen, which made meal prep easy. The shared outdoor picnic area was a lovely touch, allowing me to relax outside during my stay. Other guests mentioned how much they enjoyed the quiet ambiance, which I found to be accurate.
The mattress in my room made sleeping difficult.
